Finlason Partnership Limited (FPL) serves a wide range of client types on both a local, north west region & national basis from offices in Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire. As evident from our portfolio we actively work in all sectors comprising the full spectrum of architecture, encompassing both new build and refurbishment/alterations and conservation. FPL works with projects varying in size from very small domestic extension projects and investigative work through to managing and delivering multi-million pound projects and programme of work. FPL has a particular specialism in the conservation and repair of historic and listed buildings, with numerous projects live on site at any given time. Understanding our client’s needs, be they a business, a developer, individual, church or community group, is fundamental to our ethos. We listen, and develop a brief for each project that captures both the physical and operational requirements and aspirations. Managing Director, Alex Finlason has twenty five years experience as a design team leader on significant projects across the UK and this together with the practice’s twenty years of experience results in well-considered design appropriate to each client’s requirements.
