ARCHITECTURE
Achieving excellent design solutions is a prime motivation within FPL, but the client’s business objectives are paramount. Good design has to be appropriate to the needs of the client brief but it also needs the ability to enthrall. We pride ourselves in providing imaginative solutions which are both realistic and deliverable.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
Practical economic structural design to safely resist the forces to which a building is subjected, with sympathy for the overall design, budget and programme constraints. We always consider buildability and coordination at the earliest stage so reducing the opportunity for costly changes later in the process. We also provide structural building assessments, including subsidence, fire damage surveys and we act as Party Wall Surveyor.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
FPL assist clients in defining their strategic and detailed design objectives. We engage the whole supply chain including, contractors,designers, sub-contractors and suppliers in order to engender team ownership of outcomes. We are commercial, risk adverse and value orientated. We treat our clients money as if it were ours and we also have fun.

CONSERVATION AND

FPL have a good reputation in this specialist activity. Renovation and maintenance work on ecclesiastical buildings and specialists in the integration of
contemporary design into listed and historic buildings including Cathedral Architects to Brecon Cathedral.
