St Georges Terrace is a Grade 2 Listed building, sited in Little Bolton Conservation Area. The Practice was appointed to lead the restoration work to the external fabric to St Georges Terrace, Little Bolton, comprising twenty individual properties as part of a group repair scheme. The work included reinstatement of lost architectural features, as identified in the Historical Justification investigations.

The scheme was part of the Little Bolton Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI). THI is a Lottery funded grant-giving programme for the repair and regeneration of the historic environment in towns and cities in the UK. The programme is primarily aimed at filling the conservation deficit that often arises during the development of historic buildings. THI had a common fund of £1.6 million, which was established in 2006 which included funds from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
