Finlason Partnership Ltd were commissioned to design 15 and 17 Heath Road to offer a range of fourteen highly specified bespoke two bedroom apartments on three floors, sensitively designed and perfectly positioned in a secluded cul-de-sac in the heart of Hale village. This development was designed to fit in with a mix of styles within the Hale Station Conservation Area.

Our architectural scheme was designed in two stages as the developer client subsequently acquired the adjacent site. This design uses the strong arts and crafts tradition for its inspiration using exposed timbers, generous overhanging slate roofs and rendered walls. The existing landscape, which included several fine old Scots Pine trees was respected and retained as part of the layout for the two new buildings.

All the apartments were sold from drawings well in advance of the completion date, such is the demand for this type of dwelling in the area. The development was widely supported by the Trafford Conservation Officers and has been generously received by local residents.
