The Practice has a wide range of experience in commercial projects, from refurbishment to master planning and new build. Clients have included the BBC, Co-Op Group and numerous other businesses and individuals.
The practice offers a range of services depending on the clients needs. FPL has recently redeveloped and extended one of our buildings into a suite of new offices and a gallery which have all been successfully let exemplifying the high quality design and output achieved.

Sustainability is key to our design. The practice worked with New Charter Housing Trust Ltd to create a naturally ventilated HQ in Ashton. The completed scheme far exceeded current Government statutory energy/ conservation targets.
