We have experience in residential projects from extensions, bespoke new luxury housing, housing developments of varying sizes and large city apartment blocks. No residential project is too small or too large. We understand the driving factors behind these types of residential schemes and seek to maximise the net/gross floor areas, the number of units and the buildabiltiy of the scheme from the outset.
FPL is currently working with numerous clients on a variety of smaller and larger scale schemes across the UK. The wide experience we have can be seen in the selection of some of our projects beside ranging vastly in size, but each done with the same enthusiasm and skill set.
