Uploaded our submission for the Procurement for the Role of Architectural Services for the Ancoats Dispensary Project. We are excited by the potential to continue working in partnership with the Ancoats Dispensary Trust and igloo Regeneration, having worked on the project for the last eighteen months, to save this important Grade II listed building.

Announced in July 2014 the hard work of Ancoats Dispenary Trust paid off with the project receiving £770,000 from the Heritage Lottery Fund through the Heritage Enterprise Grant scheme. This  gives Ancoats Dispensary a fabulous opportunity for restoration and return to the community. Ground floor spaces offers a community centre, and at other levels the provision of creative workspaces offer local employment creating a viable future for this deserving building.
