Finlason Partnership undertook the complete refurbishment and alteration of the ground floor and basement suite of an office in Hale village, transforming it into a contemporary Royal Academy Art Gallery. FPL gained planning permission in early 2012 and were commissioned as the Project Managers to oversee the implementation of the construction work. The scheme was part of a larger project to develop the Beech House site, including a two suite extension to the offices. The project was completed on time and budget and has since been successfully occupied by Atelier art gallery.
